LIFE
The Rochford Campus on Skirbeck Road in Boston is the largest college site. The Halls of Residence, Boston College: Sixth, Boston College: Ingelow Centre, Goodliffe Centre and the Boston College: University Centre can be found here.
Other facilities include a large refectory, two restaurants, a launderette, hairdressing & beauty therapy salons and a Learner Services centre. The Rochford Campus houses many of the College’s large practical training workshops.

In Boston College, we are very experienced in taking care of our international student to well settle themselves for their studies in the campus or UK.
ACCOMMODATION
HALL OF RESIDENCE:
These modern, purpose-built Halls of Residence house both local and international students on the Rochford Campus. They provide students with individual study-bedrooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities and free internet access.
All areas are regularly cleaned and you can choose from self-catering or catered (some meals included) options. A new duvet and pillow is provided but you will need to bring your own duvet cover, sheets and pillow cases.
Fees are paid in two instalments (September and February). Fees are based on a 43 week year. A room will be reserved on payment of £150 deposit (refundable at the end of the academic year).
Self-Catering = £3120 Catered = £4220 per year.
HOMESTAY:
With Half-Board Homestay you would have your own study-bedroom with breakfast and an evening meal provided for you. Laundry is also included. Homestay accommodation is available at £105 per week, half board. The rent is paid 4 weekly in advance direct to the homestay family. If you go on holiday you must pay £65 per week as a retainer.
Based on 43 weeks = £4515 per year.
LIME RESTAURANT
Our fine dining restaurant, 'Lime' offers high quality food, but at an exceptionally reasonable price.
Lime is open Tuesday to Friday lunchtimes, as well as every Thursday evening, during term times.

SWIMMING POOL & GYM
Boston College Student have access to FREE swimming at the Geoff Moulder Leisure Complex from Monday to Friday.
College Students are also entitled to discounted gym membership at the Creations Health Club.
SIXTH
Our A-levels are taught in the brand new dedicated A-Level centre, Boston College: SIXTH.
It's a much more mature environment than school, and closer to what you would expect at University.
UNIVERSITY CENTRE
Most of our Higher Education Students are based at the Boston College: University Centre.
Students starting in 2013/14 can look forward to using the brand new IT facilities that are available for Higher Education Students.
Other facilities also include a Learning Resource Centre (Library), and a full range of Learner Services based on the main Rochford Campus.
